The latest report from CoinShares reveals that institutional investors continue to invest in Ether-based digital asset funds, which have shown positive inflows for seven consecutive weeks. Last week, $16.3 million of investment capital entered the market, contributing to a total of $159 million in new investments over the past seven weeks.

 

 

The report states that this turn-around in investor sentiment is due to greater clarity on the timing of Merge, a change in Ethereum's underlying protocol. Institutions worldwide are pouring money into the crypto asset class as sentiment shifts in a positive direction, which could lead to more buying behavior.
